Terms of engagement
A summary of the agreement every MooreLife HomeCare client signs before care begins.
1. Scope of services
MooreLife provides professional nursing, elderly care, pediatric support (0–18 months) or specialised clinical procedures as specified in the client’s customised care plan. All care is administered by qualified, vetted nursing professionals under clinical supervision.
2. Fees, billing and payment
Fees are agreed with you in writing before care begins. One-time visits and procedures are paid in full before or immediately after the session. Monthly packages are prepaid monthly or by agreed milestones. Unless a package states otherwise, fees cover nursing labour only; consumables, dressings, medications and dietary items are provided by the client or purchased through MooreLife with itemised billing.
3. Client responsibilities & safe working environment
The client provides a safe, secure and harassment-free environment for MooreLife staff, and fully and accurately discloses all known medical conditions, behavioural history and infectious risks before care begins. MooreLife may immediately withdraw staff from any environment deemed threatening, abusive or unsafe.
4. Staffing, rotations and relief cover
Nurses are entitled to statutory rest periods, breaks and off-days. If the primary nurse is ill or on emergency leave, MooreLife deploys a qualified relief nurse to ensure continuity of care.
5. Confidentiality and professional ethics
All client health records, personal details and domestic circumstances are handled in accordance with professional medical privacy standards. See our privacy notice.
6. Termination
Either party may end non-contractual daily care with 24 hours’ notice. Monthly packages require at least 14 days’ written notice before the end of the current billing cycle.
This page is a summary. The signed Service Level Agreement is the binding document.
