Privacy & confidentiality

MooreLife Medicare processes personal and health information in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and professional medical confidentiality standards.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, phone, email, location and the care you are asking about. When you become a client: identification and contact details, next of kin, medical history, care plans and the reports our nurses file after each visit.

How we use it

Only to assess, plan, deliver, supervise and bill for your care, and to contact you about it. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see it

Only MooreLife clinical and administrative staff involved in your care. Nurses see records only for clients assigned to them. Every access to a client record is logged.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your records, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email mooremedicaregh@gmail.com.
