Good to know
  • Fees cover professional nursing labour only. Wound-care consumables (gauze, normal saline, dressings, antiseptics), medications and dietary items are provided by the family or billed separately with itemised receipts.
  • One-time visits and procedures are paid in full before or immediately after the session. Monthly packages are prepaid monthly.
  • Daily care can be stopped with 24 hours’ notice; monthly packages need 14 days’ written notice before the end of the billing cycle.
  • If your primary nurse is ill or on emergency leave, we deploy a qualified relief nurse so care continues without disruption.
